Full description
For this tour, you will be picked up from the reception at the Snow Resort, or from your hotel in Kirkenes. We will continue driving west towards Finland, south into the Pasvik Valley, or east towards the Russian border, depending on the weather and aurora forecast. While searching for the lights, you will also discover the region’s breathtaking scenery and remote Arctic landscapes. Along the way, your knowledgeable guide will explain how the Northern Lights are formed and share fascinating stories about the local area, culture, and history. Warm juice and biscuits will be served during the journey to keep you warm and comfortable. With flexible routes and expert guidance, this tour offers both an exciting northern lights chase and a unique sightseeing experience in one.
