Choose between half-day and full-day conference packages, including refreshments, snacks, and optional meals. You can also upgrade your stay with lunch, dinner, overnight accommodation, or Arctic activities for a complete experience.

Every booking includes a dedicated host to ensure everything runs smoothly, from setup to technical support. After your sessions, unwind with a king crab safari, husky ride, or a reindeer encounter — all just outside your meeting room door.

Meeting options

Choose between half-day and full-day options. All packages include meeting room + equipment, snacks and refreshments. Upgrade with lunch, dinner, activities, overnight stay, or transfers for the complete Arctic experience.
